• 1 oz Fresh squeezed lime juice
• ½ oz Agave Nectar
• ½ oz Water
Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker.
Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass.

PALOMA
• 2 oz Carbonero Tequila
• ¼ oz Lime Juice
• Grapefruit Soda (Squirt or Jarritos)
• Pinch of Salt
Build ingredients in a highball glass.
Add soda last and stir with a bar spoon.
Garnish: Lime Wheel
PEACH SMASH
• 1 ¾ oz Carbonero Tequila
• 4 to 6 Peach Quarters
• 6 Mint Leaves
• ¼ oz Lemon Juice
• ¼ Simple Syrup
In a mixing glass muddle the peach and mint. Add other ingredients and shake with ice.
Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass.
Garnish: Mint Sprig
MANZANILLA PUNCH
• 1 bottle Carbonero Tequila
• 33 oz Chamomile Tea
• 4 oz Pomegranate Juice
• 4 oz Lemon juice
• 12 oz Honey Syrup
Assemble ingredients in a punch bowl.
Add large ice and leave to dilute.
Garnish: Lemon wheels and mint.
ROSA
• 1 ¾ oz Carbonero Tequila
• ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• ½ oz Agave Nectar
• ¼ oz Water
• ¼ oz Water
• Sparkling Wine or Champagne
Shake all ingredients with ice except for sparkling wine and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with sparkling wine or champagne.
Garnish: Lemon twist and 3 Raspberries on a pick
